Shunlong Awarded Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Base

After strict review, Shunlong's century-old hand-beaten beef ball craft was officially designated as a Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage base. This honor recognizes not only Shunlong's century of dedication but also the importance of preserving Chaoshan food culture.

The review panel noted that Shunlong maintains traditional hand-beating craft while building a robust training system, nurturing young craftspeople to ensure the Chaoshan beef ball technique continues. Founder Chen Shunlong's motto—'Choose good meat, work hard'—remains the guiding principle for every Shunlong team member.

Shunlong will take this as a new starting point, continuing to deepen Chaoshan food culture and bring authentic hand-beaten beef balls to more tables, passing this century-old craft to future generations.
