A Century of Craft, One Perfect Ball
Shunlong originated in Shantou, Guangdong. Founder Chen Shunlong made his name on the streets with an iron rod and a cutting board. His motto—'Choose good meat, work hard'—became Shunlong's guiding principle.
Traditional Chaoshan beef balls demand 'bounce, crisp, fresh.' We use free-range yellow cattle from the Yunnan-Guizhou plateau, taking only hind leg meat. Skilled masters strike with custom iron rods tens of thousands of times until the meat becomes paste and fibers reweave.
Today, Shunlong is a modern food enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. We've introduced international sterile production and cold-chain logistics while preserving our core hand-beating craft—ensuring every ball is safe, hygienic, and delicious.
